SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are carefully packaged by hand and shipped from our Oregon homestead.
Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased in error or simply no longer wanted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and damaged product. We’ll review the situation and, when appropriate, replace the damaged item.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Demeter’s Homestead will only be collecting necessary personal and payment information for processing orders via STRIPE, not by Demeter’s Homestead directly. Emails will not be used for marketing or sales at any capacity, and there will never be selling of customer information to any entity.

Demeter’s Homestead is an Oregon business. Currently, products are sold within the United States. Product descriptions/prices may change over time. Orders are subject to availability. All payment is processed through Stripe and not Demeter’s Homestead directly. All sales are final, subject to applicable consumer rights. Damaged packages are subject to replacement based on evidence provided by customer, however not guaranteed. Shipment occurs on an ASAP basis (typical shipments will go out within 1-2 days after order; we reserve the capacity to take up to 14 days to ship).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demeter’s Homestead’s total liability arising from any claim relating to a product or purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
